For over twenty years Hi-Tide Marine Construction, a full service marine construction company, has completed many different types of marine related projects ranging from small individual residences to the redevelopment of large full service marinas. We also have completed work for a variety of government sponsored projects in Maryland, Virginia and Delaware area. We can help you with any project from the initial design to permitting all of the way through the completion of construction.

We have installed more than sixty miles of bulkhead, rip rap, and soft shorelines over the years. Some examples of major projects include the Ocean City Fishing Center redevelopment where we replaced the entire existing wooden or metal bulkhead with vinyl bulkhead. We also constructed the stone revetment at the Homer Gudelsky Park located in West Ocean City as well as the recently completed revetment project for the Salisbury Zoo. We are currently replacing the bulkhead at Public Landing for the Worcester County Department of Public Works. We also are in the process of replacing multiple bulkheads in the Ocean Pines Community and are installing new bulkhead in the Canal Place community that is under development in Delaware.

We are currently preparing to dredge the channel for the Ocean City Fishing Center, the Villas at Inlet Isle and the Marsh Harbour Condominium Channel in West Ocean City. In addition we are also working with the Marsh Harbour Association with the new design of a soft shoreline for the south side of their canal to help contain a silting problem while also enhancing the adjoining marsh area.

We have completed thousands of individual piers and community piers over the years. Some examples of the community piers are at the Inlet Isle Community where we completed a 13 slip community pier and a 29 slip community marina that is also scheduled for individual boat lifts for each slip. Another example is the community pier at Baypoint, a Burbage Community located at the end of Gum Point Road and also at the Landings, a Toll Brothers Community, located on Route 611 in Berlin, Maryland.
